Apricot Estates comprised of two 10-acre parcels located on the eastern edge of the City of Brentwood. The sites that we acquired had operated as fruit growing orchards for many years. The owners of the property had sought to redevelop the site for some time but had not been successful prior to our involvement. We worked with the Brentwood Planning Department to transform the site into an attractive development plan consisting of 55 large-lots that we constructed with a builder partner.
