The Caldera subdivision originated from a 50+ acre parcel that had been owned by the same family for over 75-years. There were several builders bidding to acquire the parcel and the landowner was interested in a joint venture arrangement whereby they could work with a developer to achieve an enhanced post-approval price for the land without taking additional risks. Highland Partners Group developed a unique arrangement with the property owner, secured development approvals for 250 lots and the landowners recognized a price for the property that was significantly enhanced over pre-development values.
