The Crosswinds Development was a property that required annexation and pre-zoning into the City of Livingston. The property consisted of a 40-acre almond orchard and had been held by the same family for over 50 years. We designed the site to include a public park and two different product types. We entitled the site for over 200 lots and the project was very well received by the City of Livingston.
