This was the first of three projects developed by Highland Partners Group in the City of Turlock. This 20-acre parcel was part of the North Turlock Master Plan, which included implementation of an EIR, Specific Plan and Tentative Map. Highland Partners Group was instrumental in processing the various plans with the city and creating a unique design that included “paseos” that would allow for pedestrian connections between the various neighborhoods, parks and schools. The design was recognized nationally and helped to create values that were well beyond expectations.
