Avalon Village was surrounded on three sides by city limits and required a unique design in order to meet the needs of the city and provide safety and further enhancements for the adjacent schools. Highland Partners Group worked closely with the School District and City Planning Department to design a project that included two different product types, a large public park, parking lot for the adjacent school, roundabouts that provided traffic calming measures and unique separated sidewalks that provided enhanced safety for children walking to school. This is our most recent project and one that we are very proud to be associated with.
