This particular property consisted of an abandoned orchard that was surrounded on three sides by city limits. Highland Partners Group received approval from LAFCO to annex the property into city limits and then subdivided the property into 55 single family lots. The houses were designed utilizing and upscale product by a third-party builder which helped to enhance the neighborhoods on the northern edge of the city.
