The Serrano project was an assemblage of three separate parcels totaling approximately 50 acres located adjacent to the city limits of Dinuba. Highland Partners Group designed the subdivision with two distinct product types and a public park. Approvals were obtained from LAFCO for annexation into city limits and the City of Dinuba for subdivision approvals for 252 single family lots. At the time of project approvals, this was the largest subdivision ever proposed and completed in the City of Dinuba.
