Lone Tree Estates was a 50-acre parcel located on the northern end of the City of Brentwood. The site was fallow but required working closely with surrounding property owners in order to acquire easements that would allow for critical ingress and egress from perimeter roadways. We also worked to design a project that would generate the highest possible value for the landowners and the site was then successfully acquired and ultimately constructed by a publicly traded home builder.
